The Company has a Board of directors which is chaired by Mr. Leslie Nicol who has over 42 years management experience in engineering services. He worked in Nigeria for 8 years and now runs a successful civil engineering enterprise in Sierra Leone

The company is being managed by Mr. Idriss Hammed who has had 7years experience as an Electrical/Solar Engineer.

RCD Solar has a Technical team who are fully trained and conversant with installation and maintenance of Solar systems and Back-up systems.
